As a consistent multi–million-dollar producer, I earned numerous honors throughout my career, including the President’s Club Award and recognition by Philadelphia Magazine as a Five Star Professional from 2013 through 2025. I also ranked among the top producers both in Pennsylvania and companywide at my previous employer, Weichert Realtors. Deeply rooted in Bucks County, where I have lived since 1970, I bring extensive local market knowledge, strong industry relationships, and a client-first philosophy to every transaction. Frank Borzacchiello
I bring more than 30 years of professional experience spanning real estate, mortgage banking, construction, and business operations to my clients. My background includes working with prominent Bucks County home builders, becoming a top-producing mortgage banker for one of the nation’s largest savings banks, and helping scale a global experiential marketing company serving Fortune 500 brands. This diverse experience gives me a uniquely well-rounded perspective on the home buying and selling process.

As a former Senior Partner at Ernst & Young, I was honored as a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (FCPA)—the highest distinction awarded by CPA Ontario—in recognition of my leadership and professional achievements.
Since relocating to Bucks County from New York City, I have leveraged my strong analytical background and global business perspective to help buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions.
