Jay & Gina Spaziano

Jay has been in the real estate industry for over 45 years.
His knowledge base and experience in many different housing cycles allows him
to offer truly the best counsel when representing clients. Jay’s experience
goes beyond residential resale and has corporate experience managing a
multitude of sales teams and marketing efforts of new construction communities
across Pennsylvania when he worked for a national home builder. This new
construction base in a corporate environment has largely shaped his approach in
the industry. Jay represents many local home builders and sellers of a variety
of different properties and at all price points. Jay is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Home Builders Association. He has been conferred with GRI, ABR, E-PRO and MIRM professional designations. Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Jay is a graduate of LaSalle University.

Gina Spaziano is a real estate broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and she has been in the industry for the past 17 years. She began her career selling new construction for a national home builder and utilized that knowledge and experience to finally join forces with Jay. Gina has earned a Masters degree in psychology, which serves her well in marketing, negotiating and client relations. She grew up in Newtown and attended the prestigious Pennington School where she currently serves on their Leadership Council. In 2017, Gina was inducted into the Pennington School’s athletic Hall of Fame for her accomplishments in Track & Field. She was a 3-time NCAA All American Sprinter for The College of New Jersey and has applied the same dedication, commitment and “never give up” attitude to her rewarding career in real estate. 

Jay and Gina believe that the transactional aspect of the real estate business is secondary to the forging of fulfilling relationships with satisfied clients throughout the years. Everyone is treated like family.
