We would like to introduce you to four stellar agents that we handpicked that align with the professional morals Jay Spaziano shares when it pertains to clients and his business needs.

Her educational background includes an M.B.A. from LaSalle University that also earned her membership in the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and a B.S. in Health Planning and Administration from Pennsylvania State University, University Park. Lorraine's earlier career involved her in the development, marketing and management of ambulatory care centers and multi-specialty physician offices.

Lorraine

Note from Jay Spaziano: "Lorraine is a great asset to our firm. She is professional, extremely detailed and genuinely cares for her clients. Her analytical skills are beyond compare and we truly appreciate her approach."

Kevin McPheeters began his real estate career in Boston in 1993, after enjoying the process of purchasing his first home. Joining the partnership that had helped him, he was able to enjoy a fast track in gaining experience in a variety of markets and properties while learning the sales process from the ground up. Additionally, he was elected as the local council President securing a place of respect among colleagues and earned the advanced, intensive Realtor degrees of Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI). A relocation to the Bucks County area in 2002 led him in a slightly different direction, renovating his new home and beginning the design company he operates today, Chapel Road Design. After a brief detour to San Francisco for a year, he returned to the area and pursued a certificate in residential interior design and began focusing his energy on developing the business to include both design and home staging services. Discussions with family, clients and friends convinced him to return to the real estate field as he brings the benefit of all of his experiences into the suite of services that he offers. As a Licensee in both PA and NJ, he is able to assist clients on both sides of the Delaware River and fortunate to combine all of the careers that he enjoys while bringing a unique skill set to his work. He has continued to be involved with our local real estate association serving on committees and served as the 2017 President of our Board of Directors, as well as serving as a Director for the PA Association of Realtors and Chairperson or member on statewide committees.

Note from Jay Spaziano: "Kevin is a consummate professional. He offers a unique perspective to both buyers and sellers with his design background. He is incredibly knowledgeable and always wants to give the personal touch, which his clients appreciate."
